Sending Messages on SPA
SPA allows administrators to send messages to individual users or groups, ensuring clear and documented communication.
Steps to Send Messages:
Navigate to your Dashboard → Others → Message.
Click Compose to create a new message.
Select the recipient type:
Student – Send to an individual student.
Staff – Send to an individual staff member.
Bulk Student – Send to multiple students simultaneously.
Bulk Staff – Send to multiple staff members simultaneously.
Enter your message content and send.
This system ensures that communication is centralized, traceable, and efficient, supporting the overall management of school operations and strengthening engagement between the school and its community.
